Just a stupid question (?), I have read about Planck time, length, etc... as possible smallest measurable elements of space-time. Is there such a concept for energy ?

The smallest amount of energy is known as a quantum, which is the minimum amount of energy that can be gained or lost by an atom or molecule.
The smallest amount of energy is measured in units of Joules (J) or electron volts (eV).
Particle physics deals with the study of subatomic particles and their interactions, and the concept of the smallest amount of energy is important in understanding these interactions.
According to the law of conservation of energy, energy cannot be created or destroyed, only converted from one form to another. Therefore, the smallest amount of energy cannot be created or destroyed.
The smallest amount of energy is important in many aspects of everyday life, from the functioning of electronic devices to the chemical reactions in our bodies. It is also essential in fields such as renewable energy and nuclear technology.
